“We recently held a staff retreat and found the setting to be perfect. The food was delicious, the lodging was very comfortable, and the overall setting on the farm was relaxing and peaceful. The staff ensured that every detail was handled for us with great care and promptness.I'd recommend for couples wanting to get away and staff needing a place for planning and retreat.”

“We called this hotel after a horrible overnight experience 10 miles down the road at another hotel. We were in a time crunch to get to Groom Grandmother’s ready for a wedding. The hotel team got us rooms, in early to dress and were so kind. The rooms are clean and have space. The parking lot is well monitored by cameras for safety and even though it is just a block or so off I45 it was not loud.Rooms: Clean, comfortable, environmentally friendly.Safety: The parking lot is well lit and monitored by someone on staff with cameras.”

“We were impressed by the customer service as they went out of their way to accommodate us with an accessible room even though I forgot to call ahead. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the mini golf, the rocking chairs and the sunset views.”

“I am a former Conroe resident and recently spent several nights in this hotel while visiting friends. I was impressed and very pleased overall. Staff was very friendly and nice and my room was quiet and clean. I met the couple who owns or operates the hotel and liked them very much.”

“Overall I'd say this is a nice hotel. It's located within walking distance of 3 fast food restaurants and a bar. They also provide breakfast if you aren't feeling the fast food options. There were a couple small down sides. If you're coming from the east, you have to do a u-turn to get to the hotel. Usually it's not so bad, but sometimes you'll have to wait a while to make the u-turn. The Wi-Fi is flat out useless to the point I couldn't even check my email. Thankfully, mobile service is very strong here. The television only picked up a handful of channels, and all of those were very weak and had a lot of artifacting, pixelation etc. It's easy to hook up your phone, computer, game system etc. to keep yourself entertained.Overall, it feels like they don't actually expect you to stay in the room enough for the problems mentioned above to matter. And there is a lot to see and do around here. But sometimes you just want to take a few days away from the rest of the world.”

“I would love to give 5 stars except for the following:1) in 2 stays, asked for wake-up calls---never received either time;2] no softening lamps on tables, only garish blindingly bright overhead ceiling can lighting;3) was told originally that breakfast available, which actually consisted of very meager continental fare, with no lids for coffee to go.4) telephone for front desk had terrible static;5) no ramp for back rooms for handicap access over curb, although bathroom nicely provided grab bars.Staff was very nice and helpful as much as possible.Loved the accessibility to Memorial Hermann Conroe Surgery Center.Rooms: Room very clean, but with atrocious lighting---not one table lamp or wall sconces as option for blinding overhead lighting. TV great, once staff got it turned on through whatever tool was needed. Bathroom beautifully equipped for handicap access.Safety: Need ramp for better handicap room access in rear of motel, only street level one in front, so must go all the way around to front.Food & drinks: Continental breakfast incredibly meager---no table area for enjoying there---strictly "grab 'n go", but no lids for Styrofoam coffee cups.”

“Very Very Safe place to stay ! Clean rooms that DO NOT have any bad odor at all! . You wont see any drugs or all night partying here. The ceilings and walls are solid concrete and we have not heard any noises above us or beside us. You are doing a fine job Sam ! We would give 10 stars if we could.”

“It was clean and quiet during the day. When they asked us if we wanted one bed or two beds, I should've asked if the one bed was a queen instead of a double. My other half was like the bed was on the hard side, but we were able to sleep alright. The pillow was kind of on the hard side as well, but I kind of got it to fold, and then I was comfy. But I did not like being woken up by some chick screams and then laughing right after at around almost midnight. it was close to our window. They need to fix the hook thing on the door, though that was the only minus that I didn't like about the room”
