May I suggest west Davis staff be retrained. They are the most unsatisfactory staff. 3083 store said they have heard of the many complaints. Verizon do better and investigate”

“I recently switched carriers and purchased new phones at this store. Initially, I just stopped in for information. Sean was the sales specialist I spoke with and he so expertly and professionally fielded my questions and worked up estimated costs that I was sold! I made an appointment to return the next weekend. Sean handled the switch over and phone purchases smoothly and easily, and offered to transfer the data from the old phones, which we gladly accepted! I stopped by the optimum store in Conroe yesterday and a young lady named Andrea helped me upgrade my phone. She was very polite helpful and efficient. She answered the questions I had and she informed me of additional services. I was only there for about 25 minutes, had I known how painless the process actually is, I would have taken care of this much sooner.

“Just had our internet installed and I cannot rave enough about the service we received! Not only were they 10 minutes earlier than they said they were going to be here which is unheard of, they were also so very professional, clean and polite! They had to dig a trench through the yard and they made sure it looked good. Other than the fresh dirt line I wouldn’t have known they had been here. They even asked if we needed help moving the dresser back up against the wall after they had hooked up the equipment. I never leave reviews but was so highly impressed I had to. So far the actual internet service has been amazing as well! Definitely give them a call if you’re looking for an internet provider!”
