First time in this location. Very clean and well organized, went in looking for the right windshield wipers and Jim was a wonderful help. Showing me the isle they were on and the sizes I needed.

I don't have a preference when purchasing parts from major chain stores. If they have the best price with the warranty to back it up, we'll do business.
When O'Reilly has it, I go to this store because they have the friendliest staff. They help me remember to inspect the new parts to ensure everything is correct.
That's a big deal when it's 25 miles to the store.

Was parked here for 20 ish min and they started harassing me to leave lol it was at 8am so it's not like it was even busy and they needed to clear space or something. Not shopping here anymore if I can avoid it.

I went in to purchase plate screws and Travis, one of the employees, was kind enough to help me put them on my vehicle. He also helped with changing out the plates. I am disabled and it was a pleasure to have someone help out. Thank you so much. Awesome place! Go check it out.

My husband and I went in there looking for a part since my husband broke down on his way to work. I had to take my two toddlers with us and while I was asking for a part my kids got into their toy cars up by the register. Well I only noticed because an older female employee came up to my kids and loudly said UGHH rolled her eyes and I apologized. My husband was embarrassed and started quickly picking up and getting on our boys for making a mess and my little ones started to cry. Well two other male employees noticed this and one bought them each a car and the other one gave them some candy. As a momma in an already stressful situation it meant so much to me that these nice gentlemen went above their duties to help a customer. This is why I always pick O’Reillys over auto zone. Employees are always helpful here and it feels more welcoming. (Note: I’m in no way justifying my kids. I’ll be sure to keep them closer next time)

Your employees need to be updated on what tools you sell and maybe have some knowledge before being hired. If they can't type it into the computer then they have no clue. Just got to O'Reilly's down the road. They will help you and tell you to have a good day.
