“I wanted to mention first and foremost that no pharmacy is perfect and comes with its own set of challenges. We have used the pharmacy for many years. Not using our insurance bc it is way more expensive than Good RX and organizations such as these. Disheartning to say the least. We have all felt it! Premiums up with less coverage and more oop expense.
Ok- cut to the chase.. For the past three years we have been using Kroger again for some of our medications.
They have always been on time or earlier than expected. I have received a courtesy text every time when it's ready with the price included.
I want to salute Ya Ya bc she is always courteous and takes time to get what we need the first time! Thank you Ya Ya first contact, verification, prescription giving woman! Have yourself a beer, not a Bud light. Lol

“Customer service has always been good however they really use more staff to help with the long lines. It doesn't matter if it's drive through or inside, the line is 10 deep with ONE person working the counter. Only once did I see a MOD come to assist the pharmacy.”
