“This is an excellent compounding pharmacy. They go above and beyond on their quality and customer service. They have gotten my prescriptions ready several times very quickly when I was in a time crunch. Thank you!”
“Always excellent service across the board, offering pickup and delivery which are always perfectly handled. I'm 73 years old and have shopped at HEB my entire adult life. The care for their customers is so obvious and I am never fearful of anything I purchase. It appears to me that great care is put into being sure the food items are from proven and reliable sources. I feel so fortunate to have them available as my sole source for my groceries.”
“I visited the store today intending to buy a piece of jewelry for my wife, but the woman working there simply did nothing and never actually helped us—she just told us to wait. We ended up leaving without being served. My wife later told me that this isn't the first time this person has acted this way; I am truly disappointed. I’m not asking for a handout, yet she was incredibly arrogant. They really ought to have someone more professional and polite in that role.”
“I was on my way to play some music with a friend who was in a horrible motorcycle accident that has forced him to live with a disability for many years. Good friend, great guy, fantastic musician. Anyways, on my way to his studio, he called me to ask if I could pick up a prescription for him. It wasn't the first time, but it had been a few years since he asked me to do so, so I gladly obliged. The place was easy to find using Maps, however I thought I knew the area well enough to (hopefully) use a driveway that would allow easier access. Not that it's difficult to access, but my inquiry (and stubbornness) got the best of me, so I tried the other access. I really knew better but wanted to try anyway. Turns out, the driveway was not accessible from the route I took, so I shook it off and returned to my Maps directions. Shoulda, could, woulda. Oh well, I now know for the future. Upon arrival, I found a parking spot right up front even though the strip center was busy, and it was a popular night. There was a guy parked crookedly, but, hey, I was in there. As soon as I went in I noticed it wasn't extremely busy, and I was able to make it to the counter with no wait! Gotta love smaller, local businesses. The tech who provided help was kind and clear-spoken. I told her who I was and my purpose for being there, and she immediately knew the order in reference and promptly retrieved the prescription. My friend had called ahead and told them that I was coming to get the order, so it was very easy to get things done. Mission success! If I lived locally, I would absolutely use this pharmacy. It's clean, and the people are great. While standing at the counter, I noticed a neat offering of some business cards with the owner's name (Steve). As I looked around, I saw the name tag of a man upfront, busy at work with a smile on his face. His name was Steve. Nice to see hard-working, honest business owners present and enjoying the feeling of providing great service to their customers. A++”
“Lee from the meat isle is a real one. My Granpa was eying a certain rotisserie chicken and lee said ill get it for you and went out of his way to get my grandpa that chicken i will never forget lees kindness.”
“1st year member. 1st time going to the pump. Prices were quite a surprise. Only been there once so I dont know if it's common, but 92 or 93 octane was .40 discount over QT. 4.09 is. 4.49. I still prefer the non-ethanol at QT. But I mix 50/50 with mid or super. Helps keep injectors and sparkplugs snappy.”
“I’ve dealt with other compound pharmacies. However, I’ve never had an employee explain everything in detail. She ensured that I understood the directions. She was extremely patient. The medication arrived on time. I appreciate the service and expertise!”
“They make sure all meds taken are compatible. Friendly, helpful, they take the time to answer your questions. The best place I have ever used to fill my prescriptions.”
“So glad to see they are renovating this store, it really needs it! I LOVE MY HEB and only shop them. Prefer the HEB brand on a lot of goods (try the Mootopia Vanilla milk, it ROCKS!), it is not only much cheaper but also same or better quality than name brand. When they put Curbside in this store, was soo happy, I live in Cut and Shoot so driving over to the lakeside of town was quite a drive, when this store is relatively close. Hope they put another store on 336 East since this area is growing tons and 105 is getting widened. Changed my meds from CVS y mas over here finally and so much better (and faster!). They treat me well at both Conroe locations, but this one is much closer to home for me (and not as busy). They carry more Hispanic items at this location so I can count on that when I need it but some things they only carry at the 336W location (it is larger and newer). Gas is usually among the lowest priced in town. I am definitely an HEB girl through and through.”
“This H-E-B is incredible! Especially when I got a gumbo french fry sample, and Chef J, who was working the stand, was so kind! He was so tall and handsome. Absolutely loved him! I miss him. I recommend visiting this H-E-B! Definitely stop by Chef J's stand and tell him I said hello. In the kitchen's warm embrace, where flavors dance and play, Stands Chef J, a vision sweet, in a chocolatey display. His stature tall, a gentle giant, with grace in every move, Crafting dishes with a passion, his artistry in groove. With eyes like melted cocoa, rich and deep, they gleam, A smile that melts the heart, like frosting on a dream. His hands, they weave magic, stirring love into each plate, In every bite, a whisper, of a love that's truly fate. So here's to Chef J, with his chocolatey allure, In the world of culinary bliss, he makes my heart feel pure. With every dish he serves, a taste of love divine, In his kitchen, I find warmth, and forever, he'll be mine.”
“Easy-to-reach, friendly and Incredibly helpful pharmacists and cashiers, who can quickly problem solve. Affordable cash prices over CVS and Walgreens in many cases (I use GoodRX to price compare).”
“I got a flu shot there. The pharmacist ( male-sorry-chicken about needles so didn’t get his name) gave me the most pain free shot EVER. No exaggeration.”
“Love this pharmacy! So personable and friendly! Super easy to call to refill RX and ready very quickly!! Some of the chain freestanding pharmacies could learn a thing or two on great service!!Thank you!”
“always clean.always smells clean. clerks and manager are ver polite and very helpful. instead of telling you isle this or that they walk with you and show you te item.”
“They are the BEST pharmacy ever! I've been with him for years and they have always delivered my medicine on time and right away and have no problem sending it FedEx or through the mail, I absolutely have never had better service through any other pharmacy and so grateful that they deliver.”
“Hands down they are awesome. I got a cake made for my wife's birthday and not only was it beautiful it was good. I was impressed. Actually I won't get a celebration cake from any other place but this one.”
“I’ve never had a negative experience with this pharmacy or location. They’ve always been very helpful, and go the extra mile to answer any questions that I have.”
“I love having the convenience of a family owned pharmacy and a nice little gift shop! Friendly service, always calls to let me know my prescriptions are ready to pick up. Thankful for Village Pharmacy!”
“Top class company, and second to none,it's very professional and trustworthy. The ladies that answers the telephone are so kind and helpful, they really do care about helping in anyway they can. Érica is very attentive to meet every patients needs. The doctors and pharmacist are always prompt and again very helpful, keep up the excellent service Abana Health Pharmacy, you have my loyalty for many years to come.”
“I just want to give Wahidul a 5 star rating for being friendly the last time I picked up medications. The customer service is sometimes not that great- it’s off and on. There’s always room for improvement.”
“Got a covid test, the results came back so quickly and the employees were absolutely wonderful. They called me instantly with my son's results and because of the invalid test offered to allow him to come back and get another. I highly recommend this Walgreens. The pharmaceutical staff are outstanding.”
“I had an excellent experience at the Walgreens pharmacy. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. They are always welcoming, greet you with a smile, and take the time to answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable. I especially appreciate that they proactively ask about recommended vaccinations and genuinely care about their patients’ health. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication make every visit a positive experience. Thank you for all that you do!”
“One of the only 24-hour pharmacies around. Their system was down but it still only took them 20 minutes to fill. A prescription that I dropped off by hand. Staff was courteous and clear with expectations. If you need a prescription after hours, this is definitely the place to go”
“The GPS directions are accurate to bring you to the support center. If you are driving an 18-wheeler, it won't look like you're supposed to go down the road that you are guided to, but in fact that is the road you go down.”
“This Walgreens is the best Pharmacy we have ever been to. My wife and I love the Pharmacists Ms. Hoang and Hilda who give great and caring counsel on the different drugs we have to take nowadays in our golden years as well as ALL the staff. In no particular order, there is Meghan and Rico and Crystal and Tony ...IT is like visiting family members who really care and make it personal coming to the Drug Store. Also Nelly the check out lady who helps out a lot in cosmetics she is so helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for all the many years of helping us thru surgeries and sickness. and just regular meds we take.”
“I want to shout out Hector for being so kind when helping at the drive thru pharmacy. I was picking up my prescription and he helped find me a coupon to get some money off. Thank you Hector, you are simply amazing ?”
“I mostly use the pharmacy at this particular location, still the staff always smile and say hello 👋. Pharmacy always on point, helpful, accommodating and friendly. I don't know why the negative reviews here, this location is safe clean professional so it certainly deserves more stars.”
“They were the lowest cost on a very expensive prescription. Three times lower than Kroger. Erica, the pharmacist was the best. Super courteous and very helpful.”
“I have used this pharmacy a few times and it is not close to my home. On three occasions, they have helped me through issues (having items in stock, savings cards, etc,) that my local location was not able to do. The staff is so helpful, patient, and kind. I appreciate them so very much!”
Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year.
