“Good experience, You know when they have the Crawfish outside the store. I don't think they quite know how to do a crawfish boil. Some of the Crawfish you can tell we're dead in a bag because of the taste and also not enough seasoning. There's not enough kick. I feel like if y'all are charging $10 a pound at least put a little bit more effort into making them actually taste good or maybe it's just the wrong people out there boiling them.”
“I have gotten a compound prescription from them for years. They make it and mail it to me. I really appreciate the customer service and the speed they use to get my meds out for me. I highly recommend them for your compound needs. They are in Conroe, but I have a doctor out there.”

Although I’ve never been to their physical location, my entire experience over the phone was outstanding. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. “So glad to see they are renovating this store, it really needs it! I LOVE MY HEB and only shop them. Prefer the HEB brand on a lot of goods (try the Mootopia Vanilla milk, it ROCKS!), it is not only much cheaper but also same or better quality than name brand. When they put Curbside in this store, was soo happy, I live in Cut and Shoot so driving over to the lakeside of town was quite a drive, when this store is relatively close. Hope they put another store on 336 East since this area is growing tons and 105 is getting widened. Changed my meds from CVS y mas over here finally and so much better (and faster!). They treat me well at both Conroe locations, but this one is much closer to home for me (and not as busy). They carry more Hispanic items at this location so I can count on that when I need it but some things they only carry at the 336W location (it is larger and newer). Gas is usually among the lowest priced in town. I am definitely an HEB girl through and through.”

I was just hung up on by the pharmacist mid sentence. It was intentional, I asked if she could figure out why my prescription for a basic nausea medication wasn’t filled, she was annoyed and hung up on me

I went ahead and figured it out myself since customer service seems to be going extinct in the pharmaceutical department. I only say this because I came pretty early and could have been informed. I called back and still got a very interesting tone.. I didn’t get my prescription information. How was this my fault ?

My wife and I love the Pharmacists Ms. Hoang and Hilda who give great and caring counsel on the different drugs we have to take nowadays in our golden years as well as ALL the staff. In no particular order, there is Meghan and Rico and Crystal and Tony ...IT is like visiting family members who really care and make it personal coming to the Drug Store. Also Nelly the check out lady who helps out a lot in cosmetics she is so helpful and knowledgeable. I called because my directions wouldn't find the address and the guy stayed on the phone with me for ten minutes to help me figure out a landmark it would find so I could get there to pick up my mom's medication after an eye injury. When we arrived, the guy at the window told us that this medication was not for use on eyes but I figured the doctor must know better and ignored the warning. He was indeed right and the doctor had sent the wrong medication. Thank you for warning us even if we didn't listen and for being wonderful people for each interaction we've had.”

My wife couldn’t read the labels on the bottles, and Debbie took the time to bring her a magnifying glass. That speaks volumes.
