“You are not just an account number with SUBURBAN PROPANE! They really take the time to get to know you personally. It’s exactly like doing business with a Mom & Pop shop that offers even more. They genuinely care about each customer and go above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the people that choose them for their propane usage. I am a new customer and the Willis, TX office stepped in and corrected an issue I had with plumbers and got my line correctly installed, made sure there were no leaks.
