“I don’t usually write reviews but I had to come on here and give kudos to storage 105 for how they interact with disabled customers. I am partially deaf and sometimes have trouble with phone conversations. I had to call storage 105 to inquire about renting a unit for my elderly father and Sarah was very kind. I explained to her that I’m hearing impaired and told her I’m sorry but I may need her to speak louder than she usually would. She told me there was no need to apologize and she would be happy to help me. She was loud, clear and very respectful over the phone. As a disabled person I am very appreciative of businesses that assist me with kindness and patience. Thank you Storage 105”

I went to this store a few days after Christmas and was greeted by smiling faces as soon as I walked through the door, which was quite shocking to me since this is their busiest time of the year. I’ve been to dozens all over the US.However, I’m not sure what the magic is at this location that everyone is always in a great mood and happy to help.Have done printing, dropped stuff for shipping, picked large items up from there for work, and haven’t had an issue once. Even the wait is never very long because the team jumps to help those waiting.All FedEx OPSCs are pretty good. This location’s teamis great.”

“Update: A few minutes after posting the review there was a response by UPS to call their customer support number, or reach out through social media. I went to their Facebook page and messaged them with this information and uploaded turn by turn directions with images of the community maps. Someone named Eleanor replied and indicated the information would be forwarded to the local UPS office. Not too much later the previously undeliverable package arrived!To tell the truth I wasn't expecting much, but was very surprised at the responsiveness! Updating to 5 stars for the service. Thanks Eleanor!Recently moved into a new home community by Meritage in Conroe, TX that doesn't show up in Google maps yet. However, the US Postal service lists my address and makes mail and package deliveries.I can provide UPS with maps of the community with addresses. Who can I contact to help resolve delivery issues for the whole community?”
