“I had my truck lowered a while back and it's never had the best ride. I got in contact with Truxx in Weatherford. These guys went above and beyond. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They were extremely thorough with my truck. They fixed the issue with the lowering kit on the rear of my truck. Rides awesome now!! Highly recommend these guys. Thank y'all for everything!!”

“The sales process went somewhat smooth took a little longer that I would care for around 4hrs to complete everything and leave. At The first wash of the vehicle I noticed an exterior scratch to rear hatch window. That should have been caught upon delivery or when the vehicle was washed at the dealership
Now we have a new car with a scratched window that we have to live with. It’s a small scratch but it should have been noticed”

We recently had a miserable experience at another dealership and the whole experience at Southwest Volkswagen was the EXACT OPPOSITE. The finance manager, Noah, is also a tremendous asset to the organization.

“A couple of months ago, a student at college accidentally hit the right side of my VW Taos, badly damaging both doors. After doing my research, I decided to go with Optimum Collision in Weatherford—even though Progressive recommended a shop in the town where I live. Optimum Collision was highly rated and, importantly for me, had experience working on VW vehicles and matching VW paint colors.
The initial estimate from the insurance company was about 50% less than what the repair actually required. Cody Jeffcoat at Optimum Collision worked directly with the adjuster, made sure everything was corrected, and ensured OEM replacement parts were approved. Because of parts availability, I did have to wait about five weeks—but it was absolutely worth it.
Scheduling the appointment was straightforward, honest, and transparent from the beginning. I really appreciated the upfront communication, the regular updates from Cody, and the fact that anytime I called—even when Cody wasn’t there—someone was always able to answer my questions.
I picked up my vehicle yesterday, and it looks brand new. The paint work is excellent, the new doors are flawless, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Optimum Collision to anyone looking for quality work and honest service.”

“Purchased a new 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 from Jerry's GMC and got hail damage in June of 2025. I took it back to the collision center at Jerry's for repairs and spoke to Carter McCullough. I could not have been happier with the repairs or the process. He made everything so easy and hassle free, stayed in contact with me all along the way. After finishing the repairs he then sent it over to the service department to Bob Murphy for a for a software update and the next day I had it back. Tim talked with me for a few minutes to diagnose the problem right there at the counter, and determined that the new batteries I had just put into the fobs were likely faulty.
