“Hard to find items? Look here because more than likely this store will have it. Don't like shopping at big box stores? Then shop here! Great employees who will greet you as you walk into the door. Then ask if they can help or direct you to your items. You can walk in and check out within minutes compared shopping at big box stores or hardware/lumberyards. You may spend a few dollars more, but it's worth my time.”

“Harvey McClanahan was AMAZING!! He obviously knew what he was doing, and worked alone, even though having a helper to move a high-end, heavy, dual fuel range would have been nice for him. He wanted to ensure the job got done today. He fixed what had been left broken by the last servicemen. He tested everything before he left, to ensure proper functioning. I would recommend him to anyone.”

When I called, they told me that they had the item and as I arrived at 5:05 pm they waited for me and I can't say enough good things about a great business that knows the meaning of customer service. I got my 16.77 part and got my AC up and running very quickly. I very highly recommend Morrison Suppy as their Customer Service is what you would like from every business but so often dont!! “We were doing a job 15 minutes down the road and ran out of material at 6:46pm. We hurried to Ace and pulled in just as they were locking the doors. Erik and Curtis allowed us to come in and get the needed material to finish the job. Not only did they save us a 30 minute trip to the big corporate hardware store, but they were understanding and didn’t rush us to get out. They even mentioned the tattoo I have on my arm (sobriety related) and took a moment to talk to me about that. Almost brought tears to my eyes. I am so very grateful for Erik and Curtis. Not only for their superior customer relations but for the human beings they are! I will definitely be back here next time I have a job in the area!”
