“I do wish the produce section offered more variety with organic options but the sales and friendly staff make up for that. I’ve shipped all the grocery stores in Azle and Brookshire’s is the only one where I’m consistently met with friendly staff. It definitely gives you the “friendly small town” vibe which is becoming less and less common these days.”
“I used to pay $625 a month for my weightloss med tirzepatide here at a local clinic...when I heard she was compounding this medication I called her and she set me up with an amazing telehealth doctor who spent some time on the phone going over my meds and went over diet recommendations and answered my questions! I was so impressed by this doctor and he only charged $49!!! Immediately my prescription was called in and she charged me 3 times less than what I was paying! I highly recommend Laura's pharmacy ti anyone...this is not like your local Walgreens or CVS!”

“So professional and courteous. Stopped by Thursday 07/05/18 2:00pm. Was greeted by a friendly person. I didn't know my prescription had to be kept cold. They gave me a Mylar bad with I e in it to take it home. How considerate. Controlled access they used a code to get back into the area where they are compounding the RX. Just a great experience all around!! Can't tell you the last time I went to a place that was so clean, organized and thoughtful!”

“In response to a previous review: Why is HEB NOT just another grocery store? Why is it worth it to fight the crowds or (just a thought) time your trip for slower hours like weekday mornings? Here is your answer!1. Fresh tortillas and tortilla chips made all day long in the store.2. Bread baked right there in the bakery and sliced to order - Not shipped in frozen and thawed out on the shelf like Walmart.3. The best selection of wines and cheeses outside of a specialty store.4. Clerks who are always friendly and ready to answer questions! This kind of customer service is a lost art form. Thanks HEB!5. Great selection of party trays from bakery and/or deli.6. and finally (something our transplant from CA hasn't had time to appreciate possibly: local specialties from small business vendors that are FAR superior to National Chain Store options.Give them a chance you'll see why Texans just LOVE their HEB.”
“The Weatherford Albertson's pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I have dealt with. They are so patient and never seem annoyed or bothered with any questions or to help (not so with pretty much any other pharmacy I've used - I always feel like I'm imposing!)
Every staff member I have dealt with is always courteous and super helpful and I wanted to give them a big thumbs up for their professionalism!!”
“There's a kind lady named Deneke whom was so thoughtful that because I couldn't pay to get it delivered with the payment program as I'm disabled. She wrote down my name and address and brought it to me on her lunch hour. Now. That is excellent service. Well more than excellent. That's above and beyond. And I want to tell people about this pharmacy. I think they do wonderful. I've never had a problem and my medicine is always ready and right. And thank you Ms. For helping someone who really needed it. I had pulled the muscle in my neck and I needed the medicine badly for I was in much pain.”

“We don't go in the store very often, so this review mainly pertains to the pharmacy. Excellent quality service and staff... Always friendly and helpful. On this particular instance, we were on the way home from the ER and had a paper prescription for an antibiotic we need filled promptly. The woman who helped us, Michele, and her pharmacist, were both extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. They insisted that we wait, and they filled it for us immediately! Within about 7 or 8 minutes, we had our antibiotic in hand, ready to go. I am so thankful that there are good people still out there in this world who love their job and love helping others. It is situations like this that restore my faith in humanity!”

I recently moved here in May and have found your store personnel very helpful and friendly. I want to recognize Grace, a young pharmacy technician at Walgreens, for delivering outstanding service under pressure. She was single-handedly managing both the drive-thru window and the front counter—and despite the heavy workload, she handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Grace filled my wife’s prescription quickly and made sure we were taken care of, even with a line of customers waiting. Her calm demeanor and dedication truly stood out. Walgreens is fortunate to have someone like her on staff. Thank you, Grace—you made a stressful moment so much easier!”
