“I should’ve wrote this review a long time ago. I’ve always come to Hawks and when I didn’t I regretted it, yet they were always there when I came back. They saved me more times than I can count. Not only are they really good at what they do, but they treat you like family. These guys always take care of me and I wouldn’t recommend any other place besides these guys.”

“I was on I-35 South and had a tire blow out on my late father's trailer when I pulled over I started looking for somewhere to help then I saw Masseys wheels! I'm disabled so it's hard for me do get around at times so I was soo happy to see them about 20 yards away! The owner helped me out greatly, he found the tires I needed and he and one of his worker put on the tires! It was cheaper than I expected and he was very professional and genuine! I highly recommend them even if you don't blow a tire on the freeway! Please check them out!”

“Great service, and it's usually not busy. They did me a solid when my wife messed up a new tire a couple weeks after they had installed them. And they actually use a torque wrench to ensure your lugs are tightened properly (which is not a given)!”
“Just want to thank Thalashia for being so kind and doing my inspection right at closing... she could've said she was done for the day (it was Thanksgiving Eve) but she instead welcomed me in and took care of my inspection. A sweet demeanor and a grateful heart and I appreciate her so much!”

“I’m originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, and recently moved my business here. While traveling between home and work, I had a blowout and couldn’t find a shop that had the tires I needed anywhere nearby. I found Lacky’s Tire Shop at the last minute, and when I tell you John came through .. he really did! Great people, great service, and super friendly. As a business owner with a rental car company, they’ve earned my business from here on out. Highly recommend!”

“Got to the worksite between Lancaster and Wilmer, when my low tire pressure indicator came on, drove to Chuco’s Tire Shop, they fixed my punctured tire quickly, checked the air on all my tires, with fast, friendly, and great service, and I was back on the job site quickly. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes, and cost me only $20. I may drive all the way from Dallas to have my tires serviced here next time. Thanks,

“It was a little waited but they were busy the man that plugged my tire was okay. I told him I needed my tire plugged he raised the truck looked at the tire and came and said "Are you sure it's this tire?" Just as I looked at him with wide eye? he said oh I see it. Now the thing he never took my tire off the truck pulled , plugged and leak check with tire still on my truck. That was cool.Only gave 4 stars because he questioned my knowledge of which tire it was.”
“These guys have great prices and are so polite. They are pretty quick at getting their job done and you on your way. I would surely recommend them to anyone.
Good job guys”
