“Store’s first impression was not the best. Upon entering the store, I almost walked out. The front of the store looked in disarray. I honestly thought this was a used/salvage type establishment.
Fortunately, as I was debating whether to stay or walk/run out, Ramon asked if I needed help. I informed him I was looking for an electric dryer. He directed me to the dryers and informed me that the dryers had been tested and in good working order and new other than the scratches and dents. I was still not convinced. The dryers were also dusty. Then Ramon said they still had the manufacturer’s warranty. He should have mentioned that first.
I must admit, regardless of the minor scratches and dents and dust, the dryer looked in good shape. The inside of the dryer looked brand new/spotless. As Ramon left me to assist someone else, I looked up the dryer and price at one of the big box stores on my phone. The dryer was not only a better model than one I had recently purchased online. The dryer at Scratch N Dent was more than $400 less, not including other required fees the big box stores want to charge.
Needless to say, I quickly canceled the dryer I had purchased online and bought the Scratch N Dent dryer. They even loaded the dryer onto my truck. Note: They do not strap down the appliance. So bring your own straps and or rope to secure the appliance.
The moral of this story is, don’t judge a book by it’s cover. I got the dryer home, connected it and all is well. The dryer works perfectly. It has features I wasn’t even looking for. Not to mention, the unexpected surprise when I opened the dryer door, there was light in the dryer compartment. I am truly happy with my purchase and will place Scratch N Dent at the top of my list for my next appliance purchase. If you like good prices and don’t mind some minor scratches or dents, give Scratch N Dent a try. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Scratch N Dent and Ramon. ?”

“I truly love this store!! The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff!! My sales gal Ariana!! She was super nice, and pleasant to me!! She showed, and gave a tour of the sales floor. Informed me of all the specials they had going on. I ended buying a matching Samsung front loading washer, dryer set with pedestals along with a beautiful side by side Kitchenaid refrigerator!! I was also greeted by the manager, and owner Alyssa!! The techs, and make ready crew Nick, and Roger were super nice, and ran some tests before the appliances were delivered!! Honestly I do, and will continue making future purchases along with creating referrals for other customers as well!!”

“I have been told by a bunch of people to go to Fergusons for all your plumbing needs. And I would say yes I’ll go there. And I never did. We have been in business for over 10 years and yesterday was the first ever going there. And I’ll say I wish I would’ve listened to everyone. I was like a kid in a candy store. I wanted to buy everything. Not that I need them. Just to say that I gave them. They have everything you would ever need for plumbing and a great price too. Way cheaper than Home Depot. And a better quality product. The service was the best part. You tell them what you are there for and they run and get it. I was really impressed by this place. They will be seeing me a lot. Had a great experience at the location near Bitters/281… was greeted and accurately given directions to the item needed, then greeted again moments later and, as I attempted to load an item onto my flatbed, was offered assistance by Leroy in the nearby plumbing department to load the remaining items and he suggested to purchase one additional to receive a bulk discount (no brainer!). Heading to the self-checkout, the attendant offered to have someone load my car; I accepted and before I could reach my car, was approached.
Few things to note because I’ve been purchasing 5 bags of salt crystals from different Home Depot locations four times a year over the past eight years:
1.No employee has ever offered to load my flatbed with these heavy bags
2. No employee has ever told me about the bulk discount with the purchase of 6 bags
3. No employee has ever offered to have someone load my car or assisted me with this task
Way to step up your customer service game… I’ll definitely be back to this location!”
“I just wanted to extend my gratitude for Mr.Charles Flemming!!!! Mr.Javier, and the it techs, I just read the latest review of this place, I must say I downright disagree, I had an issue with a residential installation, Mr.Charles, personally, loaded a replacement unit, drove to the other side of town to bring me a replacement unit, after going through total diog, with IT, Mr.Kevin, we figured out we had another component causing my issues, within 40 mins, Mr.Javier was there with the replacement coil, folks this kind of "customer service " is un-heard of in this day and age, my customer is 94 yr, military veteran, and the guys at this place did today something I've never seen, I am blown away by the service, and you better believe I'm spreading the word, absolutely the best customer service in all my 13 yes, of working with all the distributors in the city. Hands down Amazing, if I could say anything else to prove my gratitude, not only for my customer and his family, but for myself and mine.
