Don't shop here, customer service is non-existent. I was sold a faulty unit and they were not able to help me....oh and it's 105 deg outside. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

It was disappointing to have such a negative experience just from a phone call. The quote over the phone also was so high that I bought what I needed somewhere else and did the repair myself.

They charge 2x for homeowners. They will also try to sell you parts that dont match your system while not offering refunds... sound predatory a bit? Do your self a favor and go to Grainger and save $ and time. For context, a condensor fan from them was $237 and at Grainger was $73.
