“I was in town visiting my daughter and decided to stop by and replace my phone on Black Friday morning. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Both store representatives were very knowledgeable and willing to assist. They even went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. Excellent customer service, this store will definitely be my go to from this point on.”
“I had an excellent experience working with Positive and Negative Audio! They got my truck in and out very fast, did a nice and professional install of my radio, and were very helpful in getting things done. Price was very reasonable, and the owner is a super nice guy. If I need another radio install I’ll be going to these guys!”
“Went in for assistance after another location couldn’t/wouldn’t help. Nia was able to get me in and out in under an hr, she saved me from a little breakdown. She was very professional and knowledgeable, such an asset!”
“I had to stop and give 5 stars due to Justin's awesome service. Not only did he help my dad get set up completely on his new phone, but he provided us with fantastic customer service. It's always stressful to get a new phone, but he made the experience worth it for all of us! 10 stars if I could! 🙌🏼”

“Samantha and Amady and the whole team are truly beyond great and Amazing. They are my top 1-10 places to go all in 1. They make it hard to ever think to want to go anywhere else and they treat you like family. Find out for yourself and find yourself in love with everyone and everything about them and the experiences and just as equally the Spectacular prices. To bad that 5 stars is the best that can be given because they all deserve a raise and 100 STARS.???????????????????????”
