The local neighborhoods should be using this store. The staff is always awesome and there is almost never a wait to have someone assist you.
If I was the owner I would put fliers in the mail, on apartment complex cork board and at nearby restaurants. Nice, clean, convenient location just down the street. A new phone is less that 30 minutes is a record.”

“My experience with Luis Garcia was fantastic! He assisted me with my new iPhone and having my payments lowered. First part easy-breezy, but when it came to trying to lower my payments, it was nothing the main company could do. I am paying almost $100.00 a month in autopay. Luis tried his best, even though I am over 70 years old and have been with Verizon for 18 years and 9 months, almost 20 years. I guess loyalty with customers means very little. Nevertheless, with valuable representatives, Mr. Luis, makes a great difference to your company. He saw need for me. He made a lasting impression on me that I need to express. He needs to be awarded for hardworking, his knowledgeable, kindness, professionalism, and integrity that he gives to his customers. I just moved to San Antonio from El Paso TX, where I had excellent internet with Spectrum, but my apartment complex ONLY offered Internet services with Astound, which they told me after signing our lease… I had never heard from this company before!!! I was really horrified by reading all the reviews, and even thought of moving out of the apartments before even living here. We are going on month, and I can say that so far, our internet has been stronger than the one I had in El Paso. Hope it stays that way ???????????????? Charlie was our agent to hire the service, super friendly and helpful, and unfortunately my husband forgot the name of the techno that installed everything, he also was friendly, fast and professional.”

I went to turn in a phone to get the $1000 trade in credit applied to my account for a new iphone that I had received. When I entered the store the sales people told me that there was a promotion that would allow me to keep the phone but still get credit if I activated a new line for it. They also said there would be no additional cost for adding this line for 3 years. I asked several times and they confirmed each time.
Well it turns out that they had cancelled my trade in, prevented me from getting the credit, and they are also charging me for the new phone line that they said I would not get charged for. Now I am having to work through the various support processes to resolve these issues.
EDIT: I went to the store and it turned out to be a system issue but they resolved everything and all is as promised!! Thank you Christian and Armando for your help!”
