“I was pleased to find a mattress that would meet my needs that was being sold at a little greater than 50% off due to it being a floor model. However, after initially being told it would carry the same 10-year guarantee as the same brand that was not a floor model, after ringing me up I was told that it would not come with a guarantee unless I wanted to pay $99 for one.
Also, checking out took an inordinate long amount of time (almost an hour), perhaps it was due to the salesman being new, but I'm only guessing.
I would think for my inconveniences, I would have been offered a sheet set, mattress pad, or even just a pillow, but that was not the case.”
“What a wonderful experience we had shopping at LA Z Boy! Jorge, our salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and helpful. What he was NOT was pushy or overbearing! He allowed us to take our time trying out recliners, explained the differences between them, offered a range of fabric choices based on our preferences, and even pointed out side tables that were on clearance when he could have lead us to the full priced ones first. Jorge offered us the Labor day sales prices even though the sale ended yesterday. It was a pleasure to deal with an actual salesman who knew how to treat customers with respect and allow them to take the time to come to a decision.”

“While visiting Whole Foods for vitamins with my uncle, we decided to pop into Copenhagen Furniture. It was our first time inside, and we had a blast exploring the showroom and testing out the pieces.
The style feels like a high end blend of Scandinavian design and Lazy Boy comfort. I was particularly impressed by a green dining chair that looked standard but actually reclined it was amazing! The store currently has great sale and clearance prices throughout.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Lori, a sales associate who was fun to chat and laugh with. While the furniture is a bit of an investment, the quality and unique aesthetic make it well worth the trip. Highly recommended!”

“Absolute life savers!! There’s a big winter storm that’s coming this saturday and i was desperate for some firewood so i could stay warm. Looked around online and everyone wanted $230 or more for a fourth cord, and some didn’t even offer delivery! So I called Blue Collar Products and Eric offered to sell me a fourth court for $150, an absolute steal compared to other sellers, AND delivered it to me despite saying he doesn’t usually deliver. He made an exception for me since I couldn’t drive up there, and I was terribly underprepared for the coming storm this weekend. Stacked the wood for me very quickly in my garage and was done in about five minutes. Would definitely recommend Blue Collar Products simply because of how considerate and honest they are!”

“Max is an extremely wonderful salesman. He is very knowledgeable, helpful & patient. He is the sole reason I returned to Mattress Firm 3 times & ultimately made my purchase. He answered a multitude of questions and gave expert advise. Max exhibits a very intelligent, helpful, and kind spirit. Max added a true Personal touch to this shopping experience & I don’t take that lightly. He spent hours going over different products/options & truly listened to my situation & desires. I could go on bragging all night, but I will end this post by stating he’s one of the best sales people I’ve ever come across in my life.
