“There were two registers and so I thought there was two lines. I was told by a manager to get in the other line because there's only one line. I waited and waited and waited for the person in front of me to be done at the register and then somebody walked up to the other register where I was before and got checked out immediately instead of telling them there was one line. Their rules apply to some but not everybody. There needs to be signs that say "form one line" or something like that. Not a big deal but still make it so it wasn't a 5 star experience.”

“Okay. I’m not even sure where to begin. The first thing to note is how adorable the shop is. Whimsical but still sophisticated and sweet. The product is stunning and notably beyond any other stationary shop in San Antonio in addition to other beautiful gifts. We did 90% of our holiday shopping here.My issue was specifically with wedding invitations. As a DIY bride I felt invincible with planning stationary. So when my envelopes messed up I was a bit over it. I went in for guidance and Meg and her team instantly knew how to assist. They matched my color perfectly, matched my fonts, and had new GORGEOUS envelopes to me within 7 days. I recommend their services to any bride (or anyone in need of beautiful stationary.) Do yourself a favor and work with Belle & Union.”

“Absolutely love these new additions to my life! The heart pillow is so exquisitely detailed! I live out of town, so after I saw this one in their store (an instagram post), the team at Bird and Pear was so kind to take a photo of it and ship it to me! Confetti in the box and a beautiful card too! I did not plan on being in San Antonio, but found myself literally driving through with only 5 minutes to spare in Downtown last week so of course I hopped over to purchase the square pillow in person. It is so soft and the back is bright purple. This store is always so festive, has new creations all the time, and is easy to shop in person or online. Employees are helpful and friendly. One of my favorite stores to visit in La Villita. I go every chance I get! Thanks for my new gorgeous pillows!!!”
