“I took my sterling silver diamond tennis necklace to be repaired after I broke it being careless. I've lived in San Antonio for 13 years and I've just discovered the greatest jewelry repair shop and team... I've ever encountered in my almost 47 years on this great planet. I dropped it off Saturday afternoon and it was ready for pickup about 90 minutes later. The young men (who are also siblings) who run the shop are excellent examples of diligence, pride, and high quality work. They were very personable and professional. I paid a quarter of what I anticipated it to be and the outcome was phenomenal. I plan on making Hi-Tone Jewelry my got jeweler in perpetuity. “Last year my aunt from Europe gave me my grandmother’s beautiful ring. It is over 100 years old. Due to it being fine, dainty and old, the shank right next to the design of the ring had broken many years ago. We researched several jewelers and their opinions. “WOW, stopped by their shop with a ring my dad left me. Wanted to see about an appraisal on it. The welcome was amazing. Everyone was so nice. Mr. Clark Jr came out and took a look at my ring and analyzed it right on the spot with me. Went over size, clarity and gave me a his idea on value. Did not need to get a full appraisal. “I was visiting from out of town and I stopped by this pawn shop in hopes to find a good deal not really having anything in particular in mind.
I found a great deal on an item. The associate help me test the item and answered the many questions that I had. The store was fairly busy since it was Christmas Eve but the staff was very attentive and store was very organized and clean. I was very impressed with Jay the associate that assisted me. She was very enthusiastic and quickly handled my transaction with ease. I will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.”

I brought my ring to San Antonio Jewelry, and they went above and beyond to fix my engagement ring and help me find a wedding band to match. They were able to keep my engagement ring setting, but they worked their magic to allow my wedding band to fit flush. 10/10 experience.
