“We walked into EZ Pawn and someone at the front counter immediately helped us out. We had gone to look at tablets. What I was really dissatisfied with was the prices of the older generations of iPads. The devices were $300-$500! That's pretty overpriced for an older model if you ask me. A USED older model, as a matter of fact. They did not have any Samsung tablets in their stock, but I guess I cant complain too much, it's only a pawn shop.”

“This pawn is close to my work. I stopped by to extend my pawns. The lady there (Monica) was extremely helpful. I have tried doing it over the phone, and the one at Las Palmas tells me EZ Pawn no longer does that. She informed me that they do. It's nice to see people who don't mind working.”

“I made a purchase that had to be shipped to a FFL location. When ordering, I wanted to find a location that keeps my money in the Schertz community. I try and support local business as much as possible. After ordering, my item arrived in two days. River City Pawn promptly called me and let me know I had a pickup waiting.
I arrived just before noon and was greeted on arrival. All of the agents were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. The paperwork process went smooth and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
They even offered a discount for my next FFL transfer so I will be using them going forward.

But today I needed an AC unit for a quick fix and was met with professionalism, a warm welcome and got exactly what I needed from Davy and Dave ( hope I got their right ) but anyway, yes! This place in particular is great because customer service is more valuable than just trying to find something off the shelf, you wanna enjoy your time shopping and be met with a great attitude, makes ya wanna come back and spend more and builds customer relationships and loyalty and I can value the hell outta that.
