“We were in town from Dallas for the weekend and unfortunately had car issues the whole time!! Made it through the weekend but before heading back to Dallas, we needed to find someone to fix it up for us! We went to multiple automotive shops in the area, and everybody turned us away and said to come back next week. I called South Franklin automotive and explained our situation and they said to come on by! They were able to help us out immediately and got the van all set & ready to roll! The mechanics at South Franklin automotive were very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding of the situation we were in. Thank you so much!! Five stars all the way! 100% recommend!!”

Our family had the privilege of working with Mr Roy Price. We came from Texarkana area to look at a used Toyota Corolla. The whole process was smooth and Mr Roy’s service was EXCEPTIONAL! From first point of contact he worked with our schedule to set up an appointment to come check the car out. He greeted us outside with a smile when we first got there, let us look at the car and test drive, and the whole process was just fun. We talked the whole time! He had all kind of little squishies & toys for my 4 year old son to play with while we signed paperwork. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone looking! The lady in financing was awesome too. Very sweet! We were able to get a lower payment than what we originally thought! All around great dealership, friendly faces, & kind people. We are very satisfied with the punctuality, customer service, and of course our new car! Glory to GOD He sent us to the right people that took care of us.

“I pulled into this shop because the cover underneath my car became lose after the screws fell out. The mechanic that I spoke to was very kind and helpful and try to help me despite them being super busy at the time to help me fix the issue. I wasn’t from the area and couldn’t wait to long before I have to get back on the road and he was able to fix it right away and didn’t charge me because the fix was simple. “I'm the son of an auto mechanic and usually work on my own stuff but I didn't have time to work on my car. This man makes sure you understand what's going on and checks with you before adding parts. I had a coolant leak on a 2006 Buick Lucerne and he fixed it in no time flat. Even called me first to see if I wanted the water pump changed for preventative maintenance, since it looks like the original, while he was it even though it was not the problem. Very honest and reliable. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Steve, his son Dallas, and the staff were great to work with. I cannot recommend Steve's Auto highly enough! I recently bought a used vehicle, only to discover it had severe, undisclosed rear differential issues shortly after driving it off the lot. It was a stressful situation, I called many regional options and Steve was the name I kept being told to handled it; which he did with absolute professionalism. I called his shop, and he said he would be waiting for me.
He diagnosed the issue quickly (actually that following day), explained exactly what was wrong without any confusing jargon, and gave me a more than fair, transparent estimate. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, and the vehicle now drives as it should, along with the best detailed warranty for the work and parts (certified Jasper installer). I think finding an honest, highly skilled mechanic is rare, and Steve has earned a customer for life. If you want the job done right the first time, take your vehicle here!”
“I went to De La Rosa Mechanic today because my car was making a loud noise. Even though the mechanic was busy, he took the time to receive me and inspect my car. He immediately brought it inside, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I was back on the road in no time, and my car drives like new again.
