Tanner and his staff are FANTASTIC!!! Not a lot of people realize that they serve actual food inside during the day... GET THE PATTY MELT!!!It's not "just" a meat market... I love everything about this place! The jalapeño quail eggs are my personal favorite snack from there!

Not overpriced. Some things we liked and some were just ok. Overall it was a good deal. Expected more from the crawfish boudain.

Local Dry Aged Angus Beef and many other local quality meats. Smokehouse on site smoking multiple different sausages, boudin, jerky, and other meats. Several different specialty made products like bacon wrapped breast and pork loins stuffed with boudin, jalapeno cheese boudin, jalapeno cornbread boudin, cream cheese and jalapenos. Fresh cracklins cooked twice daily. Even local can goods and preserves. So much more to name you will have to come in and check it out for yourself! We support local ranchers and farmers and guarantee quality you can't find at the supermarket. Request special cuts or blends and we will be happy to take care of that. We also do deer and wild game processing. You bring in your deer and get your deer back!! #Quality
