“I can easily go in here for a couple things and walk out spending hundreds because they have a really good selection. I went in for some laundry baskets and ended up decking out my house with spring decor. It’s clean at all times for me and I’m in here pretty frequently. The staff is always friendly and informative, that’s my favorite part.”

“I called on 04/01/2024 regarding an Ad item ending 04/02/2024. Customer service was polite and helpful. My call went to the manager Richard. Professional, kind, and took the time to see if the coffee my Dad needed was still available. It was about 7 pm. I was 45 minutes away but would be there before 10 pm. He offered to keep what I needed up front with my name on the bag. I wanted at least ten boxes but only six were available. Community Dark French Roast coffee is popular. The only place you can find it is at Market Basket. It is worth the drive! Well, when I arrived the bag was there with my name on the bag! This is what I call, great customer service!!! It is so important and hard to find!!!! Thank you, Richard!!!!!”
