“Got in my car to go to work Monday morning, and car wouldn't start. Message received from Onstar stated battery extremely low. Got a jump start from my husband and drove straight to O'Reilly's. Pete got right on it. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He replaced my battery (didn't look easy). I was on my way in no time, and was only 40 minutes late to work. Pete is an exemplary employee. O'Reilly's is lucky to have him.”

“Went in for a few bulbs no issues. I would look myself but knew it would take much longer to find if I did it myself. Young man helped.me I showed him the tail light bulbs I needed and he very quickly grabbed them and rung us up.
This was a massive difference, as last time I visited AutoZone and the MANAGER was such a prick I have never gone back to the store on 50th. So this has become my official orileys now. Happy to have finally found an auto shop that actually cares about what I need and doesn't insult me for not knowing specifics about cars like AutoZone did.”

So, I found O’Reilly’s closest to her location to have her code read and she received above and beyond service from this location! Pablo spent 30 mins with her and helped above what was expected. “A very busy store. Lots of shops order from there. Remember don't get mad cause you called the store on the other side and not the commercial line and someone else answered. Or there is a new person working and trying to help. People come and go and need to be trained. Just simply ask for the commercial side. Not who is this or hang up. Not their fault that they're new and learning. Not like they walked in trained and lots of experience. The staff is very helpful and great at their job. It can get hectic and stressful. People come here for help because they are trying to fix their issues with their vehicles. Taking it to shop can be costly. Fixing it yourself or trying too is stressful. I shop here because they are resourceful and easy to understand. Be kind. One person can only handle one person at a time. Now days you have to be able to handle 5 people at once which is confusing at times. The manger is great and patient. Many items to choose from. Clean store”
