This is a great bank and a really convenient location for us. We have never had any issues at all. The people are nice and know what they're doing. 5 Stars!

First time I’ve visited this branch as I don’t live in Wylie but wish I lived closer because the teller Cindy was the most delightful and cheerful person I’ve ever dealt with. Cindy is a very sweet and friendly worker. I tripped on air the other day and all my coins fell out of my container. She put her things aside to help me pick it all up despite how busy she was. She also helped me fill out my deposit slip as well.
