I just left the Cricket Wireless on Jupiter and 635 where the young pregnant Mexican girl wouldn't even look at my phone, my phone was froze and I couldn't get it to restart or anything. That girl told me we dont fix phones here, she was rude and was playing on her phone. It was like pulling teeth to get her to look up when I bought my phone and finally she looked it up for me, she told me her cheapest phone was $138.00 plus tax. That's when I went to the one on forest with Alejandra, she had a customer before me and let me know she would be right with me after she helped her. Alejandra was kind, polite friendly and very professional. I waited my turn she asked to see my phone and was able to restart it, I was so impressed and very relieved. I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone which she said would be around $108.00 plus tax, she removed several apps that she told me were viruses. I would recommend to everyone to go to this Cricket Wireless and ask for Alejandra.”
