“I cannot underestimate how good our experience was just now. My wife and I needed to upgrade her phone, very easy, but there was a full store so we sat in the waiting area. In the time we waited, Quad (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!) and Victoria were absolute PROS. Just freakin pros. The customers they were each dealing with had some pretty specific issues and we could tell the customers got upset at a few intervals, but Quad and Victoria handled every single issue in total stride. And then Victoria helped us immediately. 10/10 employees, truly.”

“KOREA WAS AMAZING! I gave her a big phone mess to help me clean up, and she didn't even flinch and stayed after her shift to make sure I had the right phone, watch, and accessories. Unlike the previous experience, she listened to me, and then gave me suggestions, and made sure I was good to go. Korea gave me the best customer service experience I've ever had with a Phone company ever. I just moved to the area and I'm happy to know they are my TMobile store.”

“I was frustrated with a phone issue, so I stopped by the store. I don’t often visit retailers because it’s traditionally not a good experience. That was NOT the case with Sarah Valdez! Sarah was amazing at her job, well educated in her craft and extremely pleasant to work with. I know business accounts often require extra steps to service. “Samuel was AWESOME!!!! I have been having issues with my son’s phone for over a week. Spent hours on the phone with tech support…. Samuel knew right away what the issue was… the tech support person FINALLY listened to him about what he thought the problem was — imagine that… the phone started working again! ? will be back to see him!!!First issue I’ve ever had with Verizon and there’s some kind of issue with the Smart Family App.”

“I am not very good with electronics as I am older. I had just gotten out of the hospital from a Heart Attack and I was SO STRESSED OUT. My cell phone was having problems where I was unable to call, text, email. I went to the Firewheel Store and SONNY was the representative that helped me. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. He took care of me like one of my daughter's would as far as being very kind, caring, very calm and just plain AMAZING!! All the stress I was having completely left my body.He was able to transfer everything to another phone I had so I was able to have a phone over the weekend. My new phone came in today and he was there when I walked in the door. He transfered everything to the new phone in no time at all. Thank you Sonny for everything you did to make this a very pleasant experience. Spectrum FOREVERattack. I was so stressed out because my phone is a work phone as well as personal. Rafael and Jojo took care of our needs and provided a great consumer experience. We left with 2 iPads and a iPhone . Long time t - mobile customer and I can always appreciate the consistent great consumer experience .
