“I had a repair that I had done on my phone that I messed up. This is normally risky for a repair shop to do; however, they explained the risks to me, I accepted, and they fixed the phone! They did what others refused to do for me. Plus the staff was SUPER chill and accommodating! Thank you for an amazing experience! Hopefully I never need to come back, but if i do, I know it will be a positive experience!”

Also, I REALLY hope AT&T compensate$ their bilingual+ partners for assisting customers of all backgrounds, as I saw Andrew's associate doing during our time in the store... especially when the company itself specializes in communications ?”
