“Very kind customer service. I came in to do a return which they couldn’t take. They saw I needed to tape my package up and even though they weren’t going to make any money on me, they gave me tape and let me know where to go to drop off my package. Thanks guys!”

“We had a great experience with our Rockwall Postal service. My family and myself had come in to get our passport done. It was a walk in service, so we got there pretty early around 6am . The line was long, but Nr Reginald was able to help us get our passports. He was kind, courteous and went above and beyond to help not only us but everyone in line. He offered a seat for my mom who had stroke so she would be comfortable. Thank you Mr Reggie for your service to your country and your fellow men.”

“Tip for Walk-Ins: Be there EARLIER than 7:10am!Went to get my passport earlier this week as a walk-in. Dee was lovely and she loves making small talk with you and your family. If anyone is looking at how walk-ins work, you have to be there super early. When I arrived at around 7:10am, a family of 2 and another person were already there. Earliest said they came at 5am and the family came around 6am. I recommend bringing a buddy in case you do get hungry and want to send them on an errand because you will have to wait in the office until 10am.”

“It's a post office. What sets it apart is the history behind it. Clearly the road in front of it was used as a practice bombing range for bombers in WWII and beyond. Come see the history. Come feel the history as your spine is slammed against the roof of your car when you drive over a bomb crater. Come test the shocks in your car, truck, off road vehicle, or tank. Regardless of what you drive, your shocks are going to be ruined.”

“I had a few issues with my package not being able to delivered (my own fault) because I didn't put an apartment number on the website I ordered from and I called this USPS to try and correct it. To be fair, I called about 10-15 times trying to get ahold of someone because no one would answer and then this gentleman named Keynan (hope I spelled it right) answered and was able to correct it for me. I waited a few hours after getting off the phone and then it updated saying the package got sent back to the carrier. So I called again and the same gentleman answered. He called the driver and let it be known my apartment number and said it would be delivered. He went above and beyond and I didn't want that to go overlooked. Thanks so much!”

“Not sure why many people have given this office such low ratings. I have always had a good experience overall. Wait times can be long but that is normal for any post office.”

“Honestly not sure what’s up with the ratings. Maybe I went in during the lucky days? Went in to do change of address & request post box swap. Will was super nice and polite, explained and flawlessly handled our requests. We went back a few days later to pick up new mailbox keys, and it was a smooth process too.”
