“Had my emissions test done today. They were super quick and friendly! They even offered to show me how to replace my own engine air filter. I've had bad experiences with shops/dealerships in the past talking down to me or trying to over sell me on things, but Family Tire Pros of Utah did none of that! 10/10 recommend and will be back if/when needed.”

“We were driving from Utah to California when our car started acting up between Cedar City and St. George. Not knowing what to do, we called Nate at Greenwood Motors for advice. He walked us through everything step by step. We stopped at AutoZone for a code read, then went to Jiffy Lube, where they told us the alternator was bad.
Before making any decisions, we called Nate again to go over the diagnosis. He reminded us that he had replaced our alternator just 2.5 years earlier and immediately reached out to his O’Reilly dealer to check the warranty. “Great honest service. During my oil change, I asked them if they could find a reason for an oil leak that I had noticed. They reported that it must've been caused by a loose oil filter instead of making up a fake mechanical issue. I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so thanks to the honest service that I receive.”

“Took in my 2017 Honda CR-V Touring. It kept throwing some weird codes. They were able to diagnose it and they work with AUTTO (after market warranty company) and the total cost for the repair was $1200. I paid my $100 deductible plus $100 extra for labor. Mark and his staff really knows their stuff and they got my car handled in like three hours. Will definitely trust my maintenance and repairs to them. Thanks again”
