“I went in today to get my AC recharged. Originally when speaking with them on the phone, they quoted me at $312 for a full evac and recharge. After I dropped it off to have it done, they told me that my car actually used the older type of refrigerant and that the whole thing was only $131. They could have very easily just not told me that and charged me the full $312 that I originally agreed to, but they instead were honest and charged me what it actually was even though there would have been no real way I would have known any different. Very honest, and I really appreciate that. I'll definitely be coming back for other services that I need.”

She was also very patient with us as it took a couple weeks for us to make a decision on what to do with the vehicle. Professional experience with her and I’ve had no issues with it ever since I got it back, heavily recommend working with Amber if you bring your vehicle in!”

He told me as soon as the car was finished and what the issue was. The mechanics are friendly and extremely helpful and go above and beyond. I appreciate the communication and the speed that they did the repair in. They had done previous work on the car last week, but I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait. So they were happy to get me back in when it was convenient for me. They did the repairs and didn’t try to take advantage of me as a woman . I have had an issue with other repair shops locally trying to take advantage of me, as I am a woman and they don’t think I know anything about vehicles. I appreciate Precision Auto Experts, and I will be back for further needed repairs and maintenance. They are honest and trustworthy.”
