He told me as soon as the car was finished and what the issue was. The mechanics are friendly and extremely helpful and go above and beyond. I appreciate the communication and the speed that they did the repair in. They had done previous work on the car last week, but I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait. So they were happy to get me back in when it was convenient for me. They did the repairs and didn’t try to take advantage of me as a woman . I have had an issue with other repair shops locally trying to take advantage of me, as I am a woman and they don’t think I know anything about vehicles. I appreciate Precision Auto Experts, and I will be back for further needed repairs and maintenance. They are honest and trustworthy.”

“We got a coupon in the mail and decided to try this place on Saturday. We got our oil changed our emissions done and my son‘s AC refilled in his vehicle. The owner was there and was very nice. The customer service was amazing and it was pretty inexpensive also We’re will be back.”
