“Had a great experience with an employee here yesterday! Her name was Hailey, and she was absolutely incredible! She was so quick to welcome me into the store and help me find some dresses. She was quick to come over to take my load and get me a dressing room. She was so kind when I was ready to check out and she was helping another customer, letting me know she’d be right with me. I also noticed how well she treated other customers in the store at the same time as me. She was kind to everyone, had a smile on her face, gave them her full attention, and was so helpful and full of positive energy. Definitely one of my better experiences in a store!”
“Beautiful and SO NICE. Handle returns with Grace and kindness. Wonderful selection both of regular dresses and skirts and tops that are colorful and white dresses that are perfect for any occasion. They are especially nice for the temple if you are looking for a comfortable cute dress. I bought my Temple dress here a few years ago and it still looks great. It fits me beautifully and it looks super cute and nice always. Never wrinkles.”
“Visited last week in the last hour before closing. A friend needed to shop for an outfit for a funeral. A potentially difficult and somber hang out, and my friend chose this location for us to meet and begin the task. The staff were exceedingly kind and patient with us, and even as we ran a little late after closing finalizing some jewelry to go with the outfit, they graciously allowed us to complete the purchase with ease and kindness. It was truly lovely. A light in dark times. Thank you.”
“I love lane Bryant, as a plus sized woman it’s one of the few places I feel comfortable and shameless about my body. However the older short lady named annette I believe is not kind, her younger associates are always so kind and smiling and giggling behind the counter which is what I love to see because it means they’re having fun at work and getting along. The older women does not seem happy, Every time I have gone in the other two girls seem like they’re walking on eggshells to make sure they do not upset her. I purposely come in when the older woman is not working because I do not want someone who’ll complain about me while I am still in the store and someone who does not seem to enjoy their job. Thank you so much to the two younger girls for the giggles I enjoy your kindness and generosity every time I come in.”

“Wasn't too long of a line today. And I liked my Ed Hardy bedding I found today . And I was able to find some matching hand towels we are going to use as protectors on top of our nightstands.”
“I love shopping for clearance deals. Over the past 10 years, I have found great deals on men's clothing, including shirts, pants, sweaters/fleeces ,socks, two suits, and shoes. Although Kohls' deals arent as sweet as a few years ago, I rarely leave without at least one good find.”
“Everyone was there for back to school shopping. Employees were scrambling to keep up but still courteous and helpful. A couple of things on sale in my size were gone. They offered to order online but I think I'll wait for another theft sale and restock when I can try things on first.”

“Sold some of my clothes I didn’t want anymore and got store credit along with in-store discounts!! I was able to buy 4 different quality clothing items (brands such as Nike, Zara, etc.) in good condition with the store credit and discounts under $15!!”
