“The store was cute, loved all the color coordination, and plenty of different sizes for every type of body. However, it’s not getting full 5 stars because I was trying to find a specific type of dress and thought I found it here. I put the dress on hold so I could look around some more to make sure there wasn’t another options. When I came back 30 mins later (this was midday), they told me they put the dress back on the rack. What is the point of a hold if it just gets put back right away? And how many times was this done to others? Either reeducate them, learn how to communicate to the other staff members or hire staff that will actually do the job the right way. This kinda thing can be an easy fix. I’ve worked retail 8 years. When you put something back, it’s intentional, not a mistake unless there’s poor communication between staff members.”
“I absolutely love the sister missionary mall! I went to Argentina and had no idea what kind of shoes I needed, but the girls there were the nicest ever and so helpful with getting me the right shoes! I had such a positive experience and felt like the workers took the time to get to know me and help me out! Highly recommend doing your mission shopping here! You won’t regret it!!”
“Great customer service when the store manager is there. When shes out, I notice some of the girls chat together and forget to check on customers sometimes. Other than that, cute store. I always look forward to the swimsuit sale.”

“I went in today to get some men’s Christmas pajamas for our family. Originally, I was going to order them online, but the coupons I had, wouldn’t go through online. I went in store and found most of the pants I needed. I checked out with Lisa and was able to get the coupons added. After I payed, I realized there was a dollar price difference between the pants I saw online, and the pants I bought in store. Lisa explained it was a gender difference in the pants, and I realized I had grabbed all women’s pants instead of men’s. Lisa helpfully explained the difference and helped me order all the pants I needed from online, with the same discounts. And then she returned the women’s pants for me. Lisa was so optimistic, friendly and helpful. I will be returning for good customer service!”

“We found the perfect modest dress for prom! They had such a wide selection of sizes, beautiful fabrics, colors etc. The store created such a fun environment for prom dress shopping! The dress we had on hold was destroyed 2 weeks before my daughter’s prom, and the owner communicated quickly, permanently altered another size of the same dress, so it would fit my daughter perfectly! I thought that was so amazing that they took pride in making sure she had the exact dress she fell in love with for her special day! Everyone here was so kind and easy to work with! I highly recommend Bling it On!”
“I’ve been to this location a few times now, but was really impressed by how well Kenzie took care of me tonight! It was a busy Saturday night and I was looking for some shorts to try on in some specific brands. She asked great questions, got right to the point and listened to me and what I wanted. I feel like it’s getting more and more rare to get professional service from someone who is engaged and positive — it’s PRICELESS for me as a mom of young kids, I don’t have a lot of time to try clothes on and it was a positive experience because of her. Great energy and sales/work ethic!”

“Ross is my favorite discount clothing store to shop at. My only complaint is the dressing rooms are filthy. Like haven't been cleaned in 10 years kind of dirt. Please at least clean the mirrors. I ended up just buying a bunch of items to try at home and return what doesn't work. I think they just don't have enough staff. Everyone was working and busy with their tasks.”
