We were so so grateful not to have to shop at several stores all day to find things that might work.We were able to find everything we needed for my mom to go on her mission and were thrilled. Really the best place for anyone to shop for church, everyday, and even prom dresses! I even got shoes for work even though I am not going on a mission. “Maurice's is one of the only stores that offer such an elevated and wonderful shopping experience. All the employees are so kind and are like your personal shopping helper. They take all your clothes to a changing room for you and try to find styles and sizes for you. I normally do not like being assisted when I'm shopping but Maurice's has figured out how to some how manage being so helpful without hovering almost like shopping with a friend when you need another size of something. We scored the best new school jeans haul for my daughter who is in the inbetween age where kids jeans dont fit but neither do womens. I love that they offer short/reg/long sizes for my daughter with small waist but long legs. Miriam helped us and was so kind and helpful.”

“I went in today to get some men’s Christmas pajamas for our family. Originally, I was going to order them online, but the coupons I had, wouldn’t go through online. I went in store and found most of the pants I needed. I checked out with Lisa and was able to get the coupons added. After I payed, I realized there was a dollar price difference between the pants I saw online, and the pants I bought in store. Lisa explained it was a gender difference in the pants, and I realized I had grabbed all women’s pants instead of men’s. Lisa helpfully explained the difference and helped me order all the pants I needed from online, with the same discounts. And then she returned the women’s pants for me. Lisa was so optimistic, friendly and helpful. I will be returning for good customer service!”

“While Torrid doesn’t always have the greatest quality of clothes, I’m grateful to usually be able to find 1-2 pieces in person. We all know what it’s like shopping online and being disappointed when it arrives due to size/fit.
That being said, this location gets 5 stars from me. I went in to pick up some bras I ordered online and then tried them in the store (they didn’t fit - shocker) but Melissa was there every step of the way. She helped me exchange for sizes that work for me, provided other options and overall was so patient.
I probably asked 50 questions and had her go to the stock room to check for stuff multiple times. She was more than willing to help and was so nice through the process. Buying clothes can be a stressful time but I had such a fun time and left with my 2 (correctly fitted) exchanged bras, even found a top & pair of pants on great clearance. Thank you, Melissa! ?”
“I was looking for a Mother's Day present, and Emma at the front desk helped me choose a cute mug for her. I'm writing this review because of the excellent conversation I had with her, she is one of the easiest people to talk to that l've met in a while, she has a very fun and bubbly personality, and I found myself ranting about all my problems. She not only made me feel heard and understood, but also offered really great advice. Even though all I ended up getting was a mug, I will absolutely be recommending this store to everyone I know!”

“The experience was good the way that they run the store definitely allows you to be able to try on as many dresses as you can in the hour with your assigned room. Although I did end up purchasing a dress here yesterday that was just beautiful. I did make the mistake of not looking up the price online from the original seller. The dress had been marked up about 30% from what I could have bought online. I realize you gotta make a profit and it is beneficial to try it on in store but I would have rather paid a lot less. Anyways nothing I can do now and I'm really happy the dress, just be warned if that's something you care about.”
“I went to this Nordstrom rack for a friends birthday gift. It was a long day at work- but I had fun finding her a cute little gift. But the best part was when I got to the register. The cashier was SO VERY CUTE. and so very nice. I did a quick ring check to see if he was unwed- and my prayers were answered. He continued to chat and make me giggle, until I had to leave. I chickened out at the last second and did not ask for his number. He could totally have a super cute girlfriend, but if not- hit me up Zach. Or to Zachs manager, give him a raise.”

A pink pumpkin Marie bag for my wife’s birthday. Emily and Sam went through all the channels and talked to their higher ups and were able to get it shipped to me here in Colorado!! “I went in some Amazon returns, and did not appreciate that the Amazon return desk closed at 7pm when the Amazon website said it was open until 9pm. I DID appreciate Ryan, who helped the woman in front of me with her return and then scanned my three items, despite it being several minutes after 7pm. Shoutout to Ryan! I also appreciated the $10 Kohl’s coupon I got for making an Amazon returns in store.”

“I came into h&m on a time crunch needing a black suit. The employee that helped me was very very polite, understanding and focused on listening to my needs while also giving good feedback. The suit I purchased was very reasonably priced. This got me out of a jam but when I was in a suit pickle. If you need suits quick and cheap go to h&m. Take note that the pants all come standard length and will need to be altered, tailored or worn long.”

“The store was cute, loved all the color coordination, and plenty of different sizes for every type of body. However, it’s not getting full 5 stars because I was trying to find a specific type of dress and thought I found it here. I put the dress on hold so I could look around some more to make sure there wasn’t another options. When I came back 30 mins later (this was midday), they told me they put the dress back on the rack. What is the point of a hold if it just gets put back right away? And how many times was this done to others? Either reeducate them, learn how to communicate to the other staff members or hire staff that will actually do the job the right way. This kinda thing can be an easy fix. I’ve worked retail 8 years. When you put something back, it’s intentional, not a mistake unless there’s poor communication between staff members.”
