“My truck broke down yesterday, Sunday of course (09/24/2023) 100 miles from home. I realized that Gillett was less than 3 miles from me. I've always heard good things about them from friends. I had my truck towed to Gillett and Dropped the keys in the key drop. I called this morning to let them know what was going on. They were very pleasant and said that they would squeeze it into their schedule when they could. I know that they are a busy shop, so I totally understand not being able to get right to it. I will update this after the job is completed.”

Saysha was really nice and upon seeing the (minimal) extent of the repair, was committed to getting it fixed on the spot. When she needed an extra hand, she was able to snag a tech, Jorge, to come help. The two of them were able to get it in place and me on my way within 15 minutes of my arrival. I went to 5 different places to get estimates, his was by far the cheapest, and had the quickest turn around rate, AND it’s still under warranty.He got it fixed in three days, other places were quoting us 2-3 weeks.Admittedly, I was a little nervous, I had gotten my previous car repaired at Unique Auto Body after an accident, and there was issues with the paint not matching up.
