Went into the store today because I needed to replaced the bulbs for license plate on my truck. The Youtube videos didn't help. I talked to Max and he was great, went out with me to the truck, figured out how to get the assembly off, took in inside and helped figure out how to get the old bulb out. Seems like a little thing, but it makes all the difference. We need more people like Max around. Thanks Max!!!”

“They did incredible work on my car, they gave it back looking better than I when I dropped it off. I don’t even recognize my own car!! My 2016 Hyundai Elantra hasn’t looked this good since it’s been off the lot. They told me five days and they got the parts ordered and the labor done in five days and even helped with the rental car service! If you want top notch customer service and great communication this is the place to get body work done I promise! I have never written reviews before but this place got me too!”
“I am in complete shock about the service department. I have never been so impressed with a company before. I actually bought my truck from Axio and there service department wasn't able to fix what was needed. I kept getting the run around. I brought my truck to this service department and they not only went above and beyond but did more then they should have or what was paid for. Jordan and the whole service department team was so great I honestly don't have to words to describe how impressive they all were. I am a loyal person when someone treats me correctly. “I brought my vehicle in for Service B, which includes a full brake inspection. I was told everything passed and was not informed of any brake wear or concerns.
Immediately after the service, I began experiencing what appears to be metal-on-metal brake contact, which is a serious safety issue and should have been identified during the inspection.
I contacted the service department manager via email to raise my concerns and never received a response.
This experience has left me questioning whether the inspection was performed thoroughly and whether my vehicle was handled properly while in their care. I expected better communication and accountability, especially given the safety implications.
Mike, the service department manager called me not even 24hours after I expressed my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure service met standards when I returned. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike. Thank you.”

Caliber was also great with working with our insurance company, making it very easy for us.”
“I followed Shane here from another body shop because he has always gone out of his way to take care of me, my cars, and anyone I've sent his way. Had some alignment issues and notable damage after an accident. Worth my time and effort to work with Shane- he took care of things with my insurance and the alignment on the tail of the truckbed is just as good as new. Appreciate him, Maria up front, and everyone here helping do quality work. I just remembered they even sent me home with a free massage voucher- I gotta find that!”

I went to caliber collision for an estimate and rather than a lengthy estimate the had the clips and fixed it right then and there. “Julien is such a life saver!!!! My tire blew right by them and even though they're not a tire location they helped me! The customer service was so above and beyond, they checked every spare tire they had on site, and when none of them fit, they took me over to a tire shop to get a new one. Fifty-Four took off my old tire and replaced it for me. I don't know what I would have done without their help! They saved me so much money on a new tire and tow. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone looking for top notch, friendly customer service.”

“I’m a big supporter of the REPAIR Act (H.R. 1566), and I shop here at O'Reilly's because local parts stores are the backbone of the Right to Repair movement. If this law doesn’t pass, car manufacturers will keep using software 'ransoms' and digital locks to stop us from fixing our own vehicles, which would hurt both DIYers and great stores like this one.
The service at this location is top-notch—the team is helpful and they always have a great inventory in stock. I’d love to see this shop lead the way in Herriman by educating the staff on the REPAIR Act and maybe putting up a QR code petition at the counter for customers to sign. It’s a win-win for everyone who loves working on cars. Keep up the great work!”
