“These are good guys, if you are a shop that rebuilds cars or have a car dealer you know how nice they are and how clean their parts are, they carefully pull parts out. If you are a consumer you might think you deserve a better treatment but you don’t. This is as good as it gets. I have bought with them for over 15 years (engines, cross members, suspensions, etc) if you want new OEM parts try the dealer $$$$, if you want new but ok quality go to the car stores and be done. I only noticed that google may have a bad phone number that doesn’t ring to their lines but they can’t delete it or edit it for some reason??? Anyways I have their correct number and it works..”

Not only are the fair in their pricing and dealings with the customer, but they take the extra time to ensure I know exactly the steps being taken to repair my vehicle. Even though insurance was taking care of the repair, they took the time to inform me of any additional repairs needed.
The work that they did to my F-150 truck was quite extensive - and I can usually find some minor detail that was overlooked (when I've had repairs done at other locations, that is...). I received my truck back 1-month ago and I have yet to find even a single flaw or detail that was overlooked! This place is by far the best auto repair shop around!”
“I was very impressed! I had my car aligned 4 times somewhere else and within a few weeks it was bad again. I told them I thought something was loose, they said it was fine. I told Vern’s the samething and he figured it out so quick! My alignment is staying true and they fixed a ball joint and it was priced well and done quick! “The person who towed the vehicle that was parked in my spot was great. It did take him a while to get to me, but that was because I didn't know he had to get permission first from the HOA. I'm renting the place from someone so I was never told that. However, it did give the owner of the vehicle time to come and move, which they never did. The worker who helped me was polite and kind, and when he was able to come, he got it done quickly. Sucks to be whoever parked in my spot.”

“Joe was outstanding. We had an accident and the police called in the tow trucks. I knew the body shop we wanted to go to but the tow truck driver from the other company said they would only tow to their impound lot and if we wanted it towed to the body shop it would be out of pocket and cost $400. I called Joe at Pendletons and he was an incredibly valuable resource (and very fair priced). We sent the other guys packing and Joe took very good care loading our Audi. He clearly knew how to work with our Audi and took measures to ensure there wasn't an additional damage caused by loading our car.
If you need a tow truck, call these guys.”
“The ball joint broke on our way to church on a Sunday morning. The car was in the middle of the road. Beehive towing was great! They took care of the problem so I was able to get to my Sunday church services where my son was a speaker. They were a life saver!”
