His knowledge of car repair made his quote accurate and informative. Compared to a competitor, he knew which questions to ask to probe the extent of the damage before taking everything apart. He also was able to find used parts for a huge discount on the initial quote.
Now the car is fixed and looks and runs great.

“Sandy Towing (also called Fort Union Towing?) was excellent. Our car started smoking halfway down Little Cottonwood Canyon in a dangerous spot. Our tow driver, Chris, had just gotten home to his family when we called, but immediately turned around to come rescue us. He arrived in about 45 minutes, which was 2 hours faster than the estimates we received from other tow companies. Also about $50 cheaper!
Chris was so nice and calmed us down in a stressful situation. He let us hitch a ride in his truck while we towed our car to the dealership and helped us fill out the key drop form since it was after-hours. He even stayed with us to make sure we were safe until our Uber arrived. Absolutely phenomenal service. I hope we never need another tow, but if we do, we will absolutely call this company again.”
