“Just spent our first evening here for a Pokemon tournament. One of the employees, Brandon I believe, took the time to learn my boys’ names, set up a demo match for them, and walk them step-by-step through the basics of how to play. He was SO patient and helpful, I was extremely impressed and grateful! All of the other employees were kind to my kids as well. They already can’t wait to go back!”
“It took me a while to find somebody to help me on a Sunday, but I enjoy going to this store. When I finally found the associate, she knew exactly what I wanted and where it was as the location on the website was incorrect. So I think they need to update the location of their product which will make it so much easier and quicker to find things. All in all it was clean. The associates were friendly And helpful. The fact that I had to check myself out doesn't make me happy .”
