“I had such a great experience with Abby at Sumo Fiber (Utah). We called in because our internet wasn’t working after a Utopia Fiber tech had replaced our modem, but our Netgear router still wouldn’t connect. We tried everything and nothing was showing up or working.
When I first spoke with Abby, she was honest and told me it looked like our router might be outdated and that we may need to replace it. We ended the call, but what really stood out was that she didn’t stop there. She reached out to her manager because she was still thinking about our issue and wanted to double-check.
She ended up calling us back and explained that our router was a unique model and not something they see often, but her manager had seen it before and suggested trying a specific button. That one simple step fixed everything instantly and saved us from having to buy a new router.
It really meant a lot that Abby took the extra time to ask questions, learn something new, and follow up with us after the call. She could have easily moved on, but instead she went above and beyond, got our internet working, and saved us money. Excellent customer service like that makes a huge difference.”

Keystone sent a couple of gentlemen to my home and had me back up and running SO quickly!! Come to find out, I had a cable set up incorrectly. But, they were patient with me, fixed the problem and were SO friendly!!”
“Avidbit is our go to for business phone systems and should be yours as well! We tried many different providers over the years that always fell short. Avidbit bridged that gap for us the moment we signed up! Their software includes computer screen pop up’s for incoming callers and includes business texting as well. They also built a special program that integrates with our shop management system tekmetric. If you are looking for a 5 star experience with a phone company at a reasonable price you have found it. These guys rock! They get 10 out of 5 stars!!!”

“Ricky was really helpful!! He was able to get done what other costumer service reps for Xfinity were unable to do.
Xfinity online customer service is a fraud. They claimed to have sent a router which never came. A week after ordering I went back in and realized there were additional forms to send in. Three weeks later I reached out to customer service and they claimed it was never shipped and there were no orders in to send it. So the first month of having the router on our plan was useless. Management at physical locations should be able to remedy this by extending the current rate for the router for the one month we did not have it. But such a solution was not offered.”
