However, some past transactions proved to complicate things tenfold. Jasmine was a rockstar in helping me get everything sorted to accomplish my end goal. She is very intelligent and was able to stay ahead of the corporate tech support we needed to get the job done. I had to make two more return trips, but each time the staff made me feel very welcome and worked hard to take care of my difficult ask. Jorge, Ricky, and Ed are so cool and helpful. Ed is the manager, but he cares so much about making experiences the best possible for both his employees and customers alike! “I had to look twice to see their small store. I needed help with my new SMART PHONE. Some customers were there and looking at additional items for their phone needs. I had problems getting my phone to change to the number I requested. The young guys were very knowledgeable. After placing a 3rd SIMS card into my phone, it started to work properly. Chance, the guy helping me, was great. He helped me get more info into my phone. I bought a cover for my phone. They didn't have a pouch to put my phone into on my belt. They don't make those for my phone. Otherwise, they were great. They are located on the south side of 4th South and about 650 East, Salt Lake City, Utah. Lots of parking. No Handycap parking noted. North side of Trader Joe's.Plenty of places around to eat or to look for those last presents!”

He helped me get the best rate and also provided me good info about their mobile plan and how I could switch and potentially save a ton of money since Verizon does discounts w/ Xfinity. I was so thrilled to be done so fast and easy. He was super easy and nice to talk to. Ill tell all my friends to go to this location. Give this guy a raise or atleast a pat on the back(but hopefully a raise :) ! Im very pleased overall. It needs to be this easy every time!
