“The location here simply cannot be beat. You are a 5 minute walk from the rim trail that goes along most of the rim of the canyon. Entrance is near sunrise point but is also a great spot for sunset viewing. Rooms were clean and each had its own balcony. Great open space with a table and couches on the second floor as well. Lodge offered good dining options and one night we got a tasty pizza from the Valhalla Pizza shop right next to the Lodge. Night skies were fantastic! We headed out to Bryce point and got pictures of the milky way. Staff was helpful and the atmosphere was wonderful. This is not a high end amenities place. If you are looking for frills this isn't your spot. There are no tvs in the rooms. The wifi is spotty and there is no fitness center to be found. It is however fantastic as a rustic lodge in a great location.”

“My 18 year old planned this vacation(minus lodging), and her planning included coffee shops, this one was on her list, while finalizing detail that's how I discovered the cabins at Bryce Canyon Inn. We absolutely loved this cabin! It was in excellent condition, incredibly spacious, and very clean. The area is so quiet and located in a charming small town. My 15yr old even commented we needed to stay cabins like this and not hotels.

The woman who checked us in provided excellent customer service; she was incredibly helpful and recommended a few local spots for dinner. Following her advice, we tried Showdowns for dinner and absolutely LOVED it! Great food, large portions, indoor/outdoor vibes, excellent customer service. Their coffee is outstanding—my favorite was the vanilla cold brew, I wish I ordered a large. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night, it's the perfect town and cabin to just sit back and relax.”

“Had a great stay for two nights while visiting the surrounding parks. Had a great room for the three of us and although Tropic is very small it has everything you need for a quiet stay. The pizza place and coffee shop are very good as is the Showdown restaurant.
Joe and Emily are extremely nice and accommodating in every way. They also make a great breakfast.
Definitely recommend if going to Bryce or Kodachrome and even Zion is not that far.”

“It costs a bit more, but the store has a lot of useful items, besides the usual gift store items. If you forgot something, then the chances are you will find it here. Groceries, drinks, camping gear, t shirts etc etc”

“Came to see Bryce, the hotel is super close to the park visitor center (10 min). I was nervous because of other reviews but honestly the room was great. The bed was comfy, shower was great (good pressure, hot water), and everything was super clean.

I get where some other people are coming from with it being older, but you don’t really notice inside the room. Yeah the breakfast/diner situation is weird but Ruby’s is less than a minute down the road and has a stocked grocery store so I didn’t mind.

tldr: If you want a higher end place with all amenities covered, go elsewhere. But for me, this was a fantastic place to stay while exploring the park.”

“It’s a typical 3 Star Best Western. Easy, but comfortable rooms, for my opinion everything was very clean. Aircondition for cold and warm air, so perfect for summer AND winter. We stayed there in November, outside it was windy and snowing but we had it perfectly nice and warm. Beds are as always comfortable. The Main Hotel Lodge offers a Cowboy Buffet every day - absolute recommendation! Alltogether a beautiful place to stay.”

“Not very well explained ,to get the key need to go across the street to a different name hotel , no WiFi on the area and no password link in the room, need to ask to the people on the front desk , room was clean for sure ! A strong smell of pinesol! The bed was comfortable, we did close the AC because it was very noisy! And a continental breakfast was included”

“rooms were decent , those comments about no staff at counter is true , but hey they did call to let me know the keycard will be at the counter to pickup and to call them if any issue .
Bed was decent , had a good night rest.
dun worry about the door dead bolt , if someone is going to enter , that deadbolt is not going to stop them.
Room is your typical room nothing fancy dun expect Marriot / Hilton type of room amenities but hey at least the towel and showers are clean .
Location n pricewise , cant beat those in Bryce Canyon City”
