“The process this time was better than the last loan I got with you. So it’s improving. But man! It still takes so long with nothing to do with me. I sat in the branch for over an hour without anyone asking me any questions. Just waiting while the employees typed away on their computers. She had my loan approved and wrapped within a couple of hours, and it was no easy task.
