“My boyfriend and I have been here for almost a year and love these apartments! Management is the best we’ve ever experienced, it’s well kept, maintenance is always on top of things, and there’s always fun activities happening around the holidays. From the moment we moved in, we have been taken care of in every way! Not to mention the price of rent here is awesome and we can have our fur baby live with us! I highly recommend people check out these apartments! :)”
“The new management is so nice and very helpful! I love that the building is very secure and you need a key fob to access the building. The parking garage is a huge plus too, it’s nice not getting into a hot car in the summer. When I put in Maintenance requests they always get back to me day of. I recommend this place for anyone with pets too, the dog park is spacious for your fur baby.”

“Beautiful, spacious luxury apartments! We loved living here. Dave who does maintenance, shows apartments, etc. is very kind and helpful and a great asset to the community.The double doors that lead to the street are big and heavy. It was not an issue when I first moved in as my disability had not advanced to the point of needing more than the occasional cane use. But once I needed a walker and even an electric scooter/wheelchair, those doors became an obstacle for me. They don't have a handicapped button to automatically open the doors. One night, I actually became caught in the door- my electric scooter and I halfway in/out- and had to call my son to come help me get through. The doors were just too heavy for me when in a seated position. But over all, great place.”
“I've lived here for 2 years I've had ups and downs. I've enjoyed my 2 years here. Management has been more than amicable towards me and my mom who has come to visit. I would say this is a good place if you are just moving out for the first time.”

“The apartments are very clean, dresden and the management team is very easy going and work with you. The pool is nice and clean and perfect on hot days. Outdoor basketball court is nice for some excersize. Overall a great place to stay. Great neighbors. Great management team that works with you. Would give 6 stars if possible. The mall is right across the street everything you need is in walking distance.”
“I lived at Clinton Towne Center Apartments for 3 years before having to moveout of state.They have had their up and downs in mangers over the 3 years that I lived here but it never once didn't feel like my home. It is in a perfect location close to so many businesses that at one point my husband and I only had one car to use, and I was still able to grocery shop and get our necessities without the need of a car. It was a very quiet community that felt homey and safe. I left my front door unlock probably 90% of the time I lived there even if I wasn't on property. I only really locked it when I went on vacation for more than 3 days. I also felt comfortable with my 4-year-old playing on the playground with all the other kids that lived on property without me at times.If I was to move to Utah again, I would definitely move back into this property or another Pentalon property. They are managed and owned so they don't have a revolving door of people managing their properties. They have very straight forward rules and regulations as long as you read the lease and there are NEVER any hidden fees when they tell you the rent amount. What you see is what you get which you don't normally get with apartment complexes these days with all their parking fees, media packages and any other fee they feel like putting in to make an extra buck.Also, the reginal manager, Todd White, is very knowledgeable about ALL the properties he oversees and the company itself. He is straight forward but still cares about all the residences at the property. At the end of the day, he wanted to make sure all the residence were happy in their apartments, and it felt like their home.Thank you for being my home for the 3 lovely years I lived here.”
