“I have lived in this complex for almost 2 years now. Payton is a great property manager, she always so thorough and helpful. Austin in maintenance is very helpful and ensures problems are fixed in a timely manner”

“I want to Thank Jenny for being so patient with me and answering any questions I had, and making me feel assured this is what I’m looking for in my my next home (:”
“The place is amazing. The building and units are really well maintained and having a heated parking garage is a crazy good perk. Being able to walk 30 seconds and be on the frontrunner station is something I won't take for granted again. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, the issue is solved really quickly. I feel like the walls are much thicker and have better soundproofing than anywhere else I've lived. Its been a great place to live and the people and staff here have always been friendly and keep the place nice.”
“I only lived here for a short amount of time, but within that time, it was the best place I’ve ever lived. Nadine in Property management, thank you for helping me out with everything that I needed done in the apartment and for making me feel welcomed.”
“l’ve lived here good amount of time and have been soo impressed by Christine our new community manager has been a huge inspiration to our community l’m very proud of my resident here”
“I lived here 2 separate times for a total of 2 years. First time in B building and second time in G building. Both times were amazing! The insulation between apartments was really good, I couldn't hear anyone. I miss the peace and quiet I would get in this apartment. My new one is not nearly as nice. Maintenance was amazing and they would respond to my issues same day and sometimes even after hours. Moe is SOOO nice! Pool and hot tub were great as well! Loved having a year round hot tub. Even though the internet is an $85 requirement, it was fiber so it was EXTREMELY fast! Great for gamers. I never had to worry about ping. G building also had Ethernet installed in the walls so I didn't have to run it all the way across the apartment.”

“We lived here for two years and loved it. The manager, Beverly, is wonderful. She’s responsive and kind and was always willing to answer our questions. Maintenance requests are answered promptly. This is a great place to live!”
“Beautiful property! We lived here for years and have had very few issues. The issues we did have were due to either miscommunication or irresponsible dog owners not cleaning up after themselves, however, office staff and the property manager are very friendly and will work to resolve any issues you have if you let them know about it. Thank you guys for a pleasant living experience ?”

“I really like these apartments. We have the older model which is okay vs the newer models but still functional and clean.
Maintenance has been on top of my requests which I really appreciate.
Laci has been amazing to help get us started and everyone ive met (Maintenance, leasing, pest control, and people in the community) has been very friendly.
Im so happy I moved here ☺️”
“Had a 1 bedroom apartment here and it was great for one person. Rarely heard any noise from neighbors, I was right next to the parking garage which was super noisy and the fire trucks were a daily occurrence but it was expected considering the location. Loved the view and the balconies as well. Never had any issues with management or maintenance. Parking was sometimes super annoying since it was in the same level as the gym, but most complexes don’t have great parking for guests anyway but it was annoying having to pay an extra monthly fee for parking. My biggest complaint would be the trash velvet. It was super annoying and inconvenient. Also had basically no storage space except my closet.”
“I lived at Clinton Towne Center Apartments for 3 years before having to moveout of state. They have had their up and downs in mangers over the 3 years that I lived here but it never once didn't feel like my home. It is in a perfect location close to so many businesses that at one point my husband and I only had one car to use, and I was still able to grocery shop and get our necessities without the need of a car. It was a very quiet community that felt homey and safe. I left my front door unlock probably 90% of the time I lived there even if I wasn't on property. I only really locked it when I went on vacation for more than 3 days. I also felt comfortable with my 4-year-old playing on the playground with all the other kids that lived on property without me at times. If I was to move to Utah again, I would definitely move back into this property or another Pentalon property. They are managed and owned so they don't have a revolving door of people managing their properties. They have very straight forward rules and regulations as long as you read the lease and there are NEVER any hidden fees when they tell you the rent amount. What you see is what you get which you don't normally get with apartment complexes these days with all their parking fees, media packages and any other fee they feel like putting in to make an extra buck. Also, the reginal manager, Todd White, is very knowledgeable about ALL the properties he oversees and the company itself. He is straight forward but still cares about all the residences at the property. At the end of the day, he wanted to make sure all the residence were happy in their apartments, and it felt like their home.Thank you for being my home for the 3 lovely years I lived here.”
