“Today I noticed that my screen protector was cracked so I went on my lunch break to get it fixed, knowing that I have a warranty on the ZAGG Screen protector that I bought to see if I could get it replaced I went into the Riverdale store where I had purchased my phone and when I walked in and showed the guy in the front, he was quick to tell me that they do not do replacement screen protectors at the store and that I would have to go to the Ogden or Layton store to get my #Warranty. I was kind of confused since that was my main Verizon store for about 15 years now, either way, I ended up going to the Ogden store where I met Daniel. I let him know that I needed my screen protector replaced and that I would have a warranty on it. He asked me where I bought the phone from and I told him Riverdale and he said oh you’re usually supposed to make sure you replace it at the store you bought it from and then I let him know they told me that I needed to go to a different store. He Let me know that is not correct and that I should’ve been able to replace that screen in Riverdale store so he was kind enough to let me know that he was sorry for the inconvenience of me driving all the way out to Ogden to get it replaced and gave me a great deal on the screen protector, knowing how far I have traveled and I just wanted to let him know I truly appreciate it. Kudos to Daniel for having great customer service skills I’ll definitely be going back.”
“I had a great conversation and help from Mr. Cameron Weaver today, he helped guide and assist me in what I needed to do and what my predicament is with my phone bill and my roommates who won’t pay a single dime because they decided to port out of the family plan and leave everything up to me which made bills 5 times what they were and I don’t got the money to pay for it! Cameron is an awesome dude and is very helpful and considerate of everything I’m dealing with and it was no sweat and no pressure to help me out and get me situated. “Oscar and Ruby have such great customer service. Me being a project manager over a huge contract. I was very impressed on how well they handled , what me and my husband observed. When we arrived there was no other customers, but us they were very welcoming and polite. Seconds later the whole store filled up with more customers. They welcomed everyone while staying focused on the current customers , never once did we fell rushed like we were being rushed threw. They were able to help everyone one of us. Before I knew I looked around as we were finishing up . I was like wow you guys handle that full house very well with no signs of pressure or stress. Very good employees you have there. Thank you”
