“I went to John after suffering from my left knee swelling after rides. He took an amazing amount of time with me, including assessing mobility and taking measurements. He made a number of small tweaks, but his main recommendation was shorter cranks. He also recommended new shoes for my very wide feet as I'd been wearing shoes that were too long to compensate. The new shoes are so much better for fit and feeling connected to the pedals. What a difference these changes made! I completed Lotoja (202 miles, one day) this year and had zero knee swelling the after despite spending 11.5 hours riding the course. John is patient and a good listener. Highly recommend.”

“I first discovered Jerk's bike shop about 2 years ago when my Felt road bike had a bent front derailer hanger and 2 other shops said the frame was a complete loss as it's a special weld onto the carbon frame. I found Jerks as they were one of only 2 Felt dealers in the valley. Long story very short is Kirk put it on the stand and tinkered with it for about 5 to 10 minutes and said you're all set. I held out a $20 and he refused to take it. Recently I upgraded that bike with new wheels and they took care of all the parts and labor to set up this fine tuned machine. I have another Old S-Works bike which they have managed to keep running. Great expertise, great humor and very fair price.”

If you are bringing in your bike for servicing you can grab an incredible pastry at Beaumont Bakery (Highly recommended) or if you are going to Beaumont Bakery bring your bike to Hangar 15 to get it serviced. How we got acquainted with Hangar 15 was when my finance's tire blew coming down Mill Creek. You know that horrible sound .... now what? You are in the canyon and realize there is a hole that is can't be patched and its a long walk back to the car. We reached out to Hanger 15 and told them what happened. Mark left the shop and picked us.up In no time we had a new tire and new friends.”
