I deposited a cashiers check and the teller told me it'd be in my account on Monday. It wasn't, won't ever go back to that bank.

Been trying for a couple of days to talk to this branch to order currency and haven't been able to get a hold of them. I called Chase CS and they explained that the branch is the only o e that can help me. CS is sub par. Been with Chase even before it was Chase. Time to look for another bank.

The bank hours are a joke. The bank is always closed. Hour 9-5, true banking hours. For the rest of us that work real job 8-6.Can never make it to the bank to do what we need to do. Chase need to change back the hour they had before covid.
