On another occasion, one of the tellers was incredibly helpful while assisting me with exchanging currency for international travel. They not only helped with what was available at the branch, but also took the time to provide information on where additional currency could be obtained and explored every option to assist me.

It’s not something I’ve had to use very often but I feel bad. It’s gone now, just in case.
