“This place is awesome! My phone got wet on a trip and I was wanting to salvage the photos. We went to two Apple stores and received zero help, they all said the memories were gone. They didn’t even look at the phone and were really dismissive and couldn’t have cared less about us. Everything was the opposite here. Dan was super helpful and thorough. He went over options and made sure we had everything they needed to take care of it. Sophie was the only tech working but did a great job recovering all of the data. Apple told us it was lost, but here they actually listened and saved the day. I have always gone to Apple for issues, but it is clear that here they not only care more about their service, but know more than the Apple “Genius” Bar. Even though they were short staffed, they gave us amazing service! I would recommend them to anyone! Fair prices too!”

I also ended up getting 2 new watches there because of his help and was so grateful. Jonah helped with our upgrade issues while transferring things over. So much better than phone support !”

“Enrique and Idalia helped me resolve some issues with a horrible experience I had at a different AT&T store. I learned I was working with was a 3rd party vendor. I just thought all AT&T stores were the same. I was switching my whole family from Verizon to AT&T and I know now I would have received a better deal, service & transparency if I would have initially gone to this corporate store at fashion place. Although I am still being charged on my initial bill for devices I ended up returning and shouldn't be charged for, I am grateful for Enrique and Idalia for making a frustrating and horrible experience a little smoother in the end. “This is our favorite Verizon location. The staff have always been very nice and helpful. I came in yesterday with a phone on its last leg. Julian came to the rescue. He was so friendly and engaging to every customer who came in. He was juggling myself and another customers new phone installs and handling pop ins as well. All with a smile.Julian is the kind of person you want in customer service. He went above and beyond to get ensure I was set up. I was very happy walking out of the store. I hope Verizon is treating him right and holding onto him. He’s a gem!”
