About Topaz Museum

The Topaz Museum in Delta, Utah preserves the nearby World War II incarceration site and its history. It interprets the impact on the confined Japanese Americans and educates to prevent such history from repeating. The museum is very well done with lots of detailed information, displays, artifacts, and art about life at the internment camp. It is a must-see, sobering, and significant though depressing part of history. The staff and guides are incredible, very helpful, friendly, well-informed, and provide great additional knowledge. The visit is free and a very worthwhile experience, well worth recommending for all to learn this important story.
